What is "DNS failed or the gateway is enabled with authentication interception." error means?

Hi team,
I can see this error in my dashboard.

How to solve this?

Dear sir

That means your device cannot get the Internet. Please help check whether your device has configured dns server ip. If your eg has enabled authentication, please remember to add the network devices mac address to the whitelist.

I  change my EG105 to EG305GH-P-E.. but still got the same error

May I know your network topology? Can you login to the router local eweb interface and do network diagnose to further check whether it can get the Internet normally?
