Hello Support Why are not all the Routers\Access Points showing in RG-EG105G V2 Web based, but all the Routers\Access Points are showing on Ruijie Cloud? |
Dear sir, Ruijie Cloud and SON network(the pic you sent) is different syetem The SON uses Layer 2 broadcast to search for other devices. It is displayed here that other devices are not added to the SON network. You can add devices to the SON network so that the display will be consistent Best regards, Ross |
GTAC-Ross replied at 2023-5-6 18:25 Hi Ross As you can see I did that. I dont want the Defra-Wifi (3x AP's) be part of DSW. 16x Routers\Access Points on DSW Project are missing on web interface(onsite) |

Jacques Rossouw replied at 2023-5-6 20:17 Dear sir, After confirming with the R&D,due to the limtiation of the EG105G v2 it only support 32 deivces on the Eweb(including itself) so the number of the EW won't consist on the Cloud. However.105G V2 is capable of driving so many devices, but only the maximum 32 devices are displayed on eweb, and all configurations can be synchronized. As long as the whole network is online for a long time. Best regrads, Ross |
GTAC-Ross replied at 2023-5-9 15:57 Hi Ross Well it can handle many devices. So the firmware\engineers developers should be able to fix this problem???? Thank you |
Jacques Rossouw replied at 2023-5-9 16:54 Dear sir, Due to the limitation of the device,it can only support 32 devices(inclouding itself) on the SON network Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Best regrads, Ross |
