do you mean after you login to the web interface of the AP and change the MGMT ip address
but didn't change on the Cloud?
can you show the result on the Web interface? if the ip address is consist?

As long as you buy our products, as long as the products are within the warranty period and support Cloud Service, RUijie Cloud is free

and what's the ip address you want to configured?(The bound IP address must have a corresponding address pool on the DHCP server; otherwise, the IP address cannot be connected to the network)
