Startup ISP

Hi all, im a startup ISP Currently with 100+ clients. I use MIKROTIK RB5009 before I learned about Ruijiee. I read books about mikrotik, I enrolled online and learn about it , I will also have my Mikrotik certification training in a few days. My point is, I tried hard to learn about Mikrotik, but its just too much work for me there are issues comming here and there that I do not know where to look after all the hard work.

When I get ruijiee as my gateway, its so easy to setup and understand what happening in my network.
I already I identified that 1 of my ISP is loosing packets during 8-10pm everyday, thanks to ruijiee diagnostics>Link Connectivity Connection. it has history of ping and packet loss.

after Identifying that one of my uplink is bad, I put it to secondary and just use the good ones.
but still I get a report from my customer that shes getting very slow internet this is 1 customer out of 100.( cant tell if others are expriencing the same thing some people will just not report).

Its also important to note that I dont have this problem during daytime.

Ichecked ruijiee during the time it was reported its about 9PM.

WAN PING:  4ms
Packet loss: 0%

So im sure my WAN is Good.

Checked my WAN1 Speed during the time customer is getting slow speed.
its just around 300mbps my wan1 link is 500mbps

aside from that I dont know where to look, atm rb5009 is still working as my pppoe authenticator.
Im planning to move all my pppoe accounts to Ruijiee, but ruijiee can only do 128 active pppoe clients.
do they have a bigger gateway that can handle morethan 128 active ppoe clients?

if Ill keep my topology using rb5009 as my pppoe authnticator any suggestion where to look when my customers are getting slow speed at night?
