pppoe server bandwith limit not accurate

Hellow pls make fix on pppoe bandwith limit,,is very slow on take efffect. For example. On test router i set 25mbps limit. When i speedtest i get 50mbps speed. Hopefully make fix on this.. |

GTAC-Jayden replied at 2024-2-12 18:26 I tried limiting it to 2mbps, speed test result is 4mbps. Im not in the site right now to do the test you want. but im sure it will result to the same issue. Limiter is not working properly. ruijiee is known to be very easy to config, it should really be straight forward. we can easily do it on mikrotik, it should be easier to do in ruijiee. hope you can check it. |

User 87391 replied at 2024-2-12 20:47 hey I reached they chat support regarding the device speedtest feature, they tested it on their local device and its not working for them too. they created a ticket for it. I also raised the PPPoE Bandwith limit concern. and they said theyll check it. I suggest you reach RITA live chat. make a formal ticket for the pppoe problem. |
