Unable to hear voice over IPSec VPN

2. Can you ping to the IP address of the peer?
3. Can I ping on the same LAN network?

First step i do survey and don't touch anything.
Second step, I'll tell you the problems I found and write down the questions I want you to answer about the Project
Third step, Testing and Fix it.
