Hello, a customer is using the switch mentioned in the title. You need to integrate it into a data center with equipment from other brands using a DAC or SFP cable. Unfortunately, when you connect the DAC cable you get this error message. I tried this command but to no avail: debug support execute diagnose-cmd at sda-ptd ptd_debug_set_support_dac 1 这条指令用于非VSU环境中,用于调试开启支持dac What could be the problem? Is there a way to enable DAC cable support? In the office I have 2xCS83 connected via DAC cable which work, I have never tested with connections to other brands but between them they work using the DAC cable. Suggestions? |

GTAC-Jenny replied at 2024-4-2 09:47It's actually not the problem with third-party DAC cable but the fact that currently Ruijie (both SMB and Enterprise) doesn't support DAC cable on any of its devices but only AOC cable. I hope that in the future you will add support for dac cables, which are widely used in data centers. |
