Some of my lan user cannot see on device list but I check the computer get dhcp address on my router.

I‘m sorry that we can't provide a specific solution for you based on current information.
Can you help to check the following aspects:
1. Which device list you are checking? Is it on device eweb or on Ruijie Cloud? Please note that it will take a few minutes for the device to upload client data to Cloud server.
2. If you cannot see your computer in the Client list on Ruijie Cloud, please check if the devices are on the EG web interface:
Gateway > Network > LAN > DHCP Clients
please also check if the computer appears in the Network-wide > Clients
