Hello Sir,
the site have a 4 ISP, 2 isp is intranet (Trust Zone) and then 2 site remaining is internet (Untrust Zone),the site connect all isp or 4 isp to Firewall found the issue is firewall offline cloud but if connect internet 1 isp (Not Intranet or leased line) found the firewall online cloud,i would like to know fix the issue in site this.
I'm not sure if it's a static route issue or not.or it's may CWMP point to Intranet because Trust Zone High Priority or not? Has anyone ever encountered a case or symptom like this?

Please kindly note that the device needs an internet connection to be online on Ruijie Cloud. If the packets to Ruijie Cloud server are forwarded over the leased lines with no internet connection, the firewall will appear offline on Ruijie Cloud.
You may consider configuring MLLB Based on Link Priority for Intelligent Routing, please refer to the following link:
