Regarding old Devices and its SN number

Dear Team, How can i get the SN. number of old devices which has been deleted from project. |

Hi, Roshan Shrestha, Can I know whether thedeivce is by your side? You can check the SN on the lable of the deivce. Or can you log in to deivces? if yes, you can login to the eweb to check the device SN. |

Dear Roshan Shrestha If the device was online before in your project, you can check the execution log to see the deleted record. And the step is: Logs & Alarms > execution log As shown in the figure below  |
