Hola.
Buen dia, tengo problemas con sincronizar mi gateway a la nube.
Me presenta el siguiente problema.

Se han realizado las configuraciones de forma manual y es el mismo resultado.

Buenas tardes,
Esto quiere decir que  el equipo se encuentra oflline  en la nube,  por lo que  es necesario ingresar localmente (al. EWEB del equipo)  y validar que el  cloud service sea  el correcto, ya que esto es un arazón por la  cual el equipo no esta  sincronizado  con la cloud.
El cloud service  depende de la  region en la que se esta usando el  equipo, si te encuentras en  América  Latina pudes seleccionar   cloud EU o Clou LA.
