Why I can't connect using real mac address?

I'm using RG-EG105G V3 -> RG-ES205GCP -> RG-RAP2260G.
It's only happen to my PC.
When I'm using my real mac address it can't connect, even opening Gateway. But when i use random mac address, it can connect smoothly.
I've try set static ip on my pc, on my router. I'm not limitting anything. All in default.

Did you check if the MAC addres is not added into the blacklist of cloud proyect. If not you can try to capture packets and see if the association process is beign completed.

Update: Now I can connect my real mac address.
So, I've setup static ip 192.168.68.10 to my PC in ruijie gateway. It can connect before, but now that ip can't connect. Idk why. Now i use real mac address and set static ip in ruijie gateway to 192.168.68.60. Why is it happen?

May I ask if you have configured the static IP in the following page of your EG?


If so, you could set your PC to acquire IP via DHCP. It works in a way that it always allocate the configured the IP to your PC through DHCP.
