Issue Description

There are Chinese characters on the iPortal page.

2. Solution

2.1 Export the default iPortal template on the access controller (AC).

Choose Config > Authentication > iPortal Authentication. On the page that is displayed, download the default template.


2.2
Decompress the default template.

Open the following files using a text editor (such as Word Pad in the Windows system)and remove all Chinese characters.


For example, delete the following content from the login.html file.


2.3 Replace the default logo image as needed.

The logo of Ruijie Networks is used by default.


Replace the logo file with the desired logo image, ensuring the file name and format remain the same.


2.4 After replacing the logo, compress the file into a .zip file and name it custom.


2.5 Import the custom .zip file into the AC.
