I hope you can assist me in resolving the following issue. I have an AP model RG-RAP2260(G), and the device is working correctly with the internet it is provided, however, when I try to connect it to the cloud, it never links. I have tried the following:

Please help us to see the hardware version of your AP as follows: https://reyee.ruijie.com/en-global/resources/software/rg-rap2260g-firmware/2260g300/ Once you confirmed, you can try to install the latest version manually. The Reyee OS 2.300 is compatible with all RG-RAP2260(G) hardware versions as you can see in the next picture. You can get the firmware from here https://reyee.ruijie.com/en-global/resources/software/rg-rap2260g-firmware/2260g300/ Please try to install it and after that check the cloud setting Please let me know any update.
