Hi! We are currently unable to view and change any settings on our Ruijie Switches and AP's since the Ruijie Cloud Web Interface is currently loading and looping. Please refer to the video attached below. We have already tried using another browser, computer, clearing the cache, using incognito. We have also tried to access it using our home network but still had the same results. Thank you |
