Site2Site vpn using private ip

INFO:
HQ>ISP1 modem>private ip>Reyee 105GW>LAN
BRANCH>ISP2 modem>private ip>Reyee 105GW>LAN

I want to connect both sites as LAN bridge. similar to EOIP I believe

?
1. is that doable using Reyee and private ip
2. if yes what doc should I follow

and it will need public ip address or you will need to ask ISP configure port mapping on the uplink device

1. only 1 site has public ip not 2 sites
2. preferably like zerotier which both sites no need public ip
