Dear technical department,
I have found issue with SSID name as "HAP..." with RG-RAP1200P and RAP1200F ( setup mesh and sync config together with gateway already ) setup 3 different name , each of it set with 3 different vlan. I have to test to downgrade ( with uncheck the retain configuration ) firmware from current ReyeeOS280 ( lastest ) - ReyeeOS262 ( this firmware which is solve bug SSID name as "down" ) - ReyeeOS260 and ReyeeOS230 but all of them also not solve that issue.

1.Can this SSID connect normally and provide network access? If so, can you check the relevant connection information in the user list?

Dear sir
After my inspection, I don't see this BSSID on the AP. Can you connect to this SSID and check if there is a user's connection information on Ruijie Cloud? Or you can try to close the AP to see if the SSID is still there.
