VLAN Problem - Port with VLAN Native/Access can`t be accessed from UPlink - ReyeeOS 2.280.0.1713

Dear Ruijie. We Use switch PoE RG-ES218GC-P, We use Port 17 as Trunk to our uplink. And port 7-10 as trunk to our Access Point in RG-RAP2200(E). RG-RAP2200(E) use to wifi and two ssid (two vlan too, Vlan 30 & Vlan 50). So We Set port 7-10 in our RG-ES218GC-P as Trunk for VLAN 30-50 with native/access port vlan 30. It works before we upgrade our Access Point to ReyeeOS 2.280.0.1713, we try to downgrade but it still not work. From Uplink we can`t ping access point in port 7-10. Can I have solutions for these problems. We Use AP RG-RAP2200(E) & RG-1200(F) with firmware ReyeeOS 2.280.0.1713 (we have downgraded too but same result). We Use Switch RG-ES218GC-P with firmware ESW_1.0(1)B1P27,Release(11131015). with original firmware ReyeeOS 1.55.1914 from factory it works, but i seem can`t find where to download it. |

Hi EKO Arisanto, Generally firmware version does not affect the vlan tag settings. Please make sure that the ports connected to RAP are trunk ports, and allow vlan1, vlan of AP and also vlan of wireless users. |

EKo Arisanto replied at 2024-6-4 20:21Hi EKO Arisanto, If you don't need native vlan1, you can set it as other vlan id. Please remeber to allow it and the vlan of wireless users. Regarding the old firmware, we don't advised to downgrade the version because old version may cause errors and bugs. It is advised to check the configuration first. If the configuration is correct while you still cannot get internet on AP. GTAC-Vivian replied at 2024-6-4 20:29 We have already set it to other vlan ID than Vlan 1, it still won`t work, it only works if I Use VLAN 1 as native VLAN. We ping RAP from Mikrotik with Vlan 30. It works with old firmware |
