Wifi Calling EW3200GX-PRO

Wifi calling definitely works on my mobile device when connected to other networks, so the problem isn't with the configuration of my mobile device. |

may i ask in which mode is the device? and how is wifi calling disabled? plz provide screenshots. |
GTAC-Stella replied at 2023-8-15 16:46 Device is in router mode. And regarding your question about how the wifi calling is disabled? When I want to call from my cell phone through the wifi calling mode on my cell phone it doesn't work. As soon as I connect to the wifi on a different network icon appears on my phone (see screenshot)  The above icon not appearing when connected to the EW3200GX-PRO |

WIFI calling is similar to VOIP packets? so is that not supported? WIFI calling is based on the cellphone capabilities NOT the router? Unless certain ports are blocked? |
