i had a eg209 and not an eg210
ive done with dual isp,the problem is i dont have internet if i plug into the lan
i had a router(tplink) configure as pppoe via cloud base and thats the only device that had an internet...if i plug may laptop ..no internet

Dear sir

Can you provide your network topology to further confirm? May I know whether your PC is directly connected to the EG no Internet?
Please help check whether the EG itself can access the Internet normally and whether the PC can get IP address when connected to that network. If the EG itself has Internet issue, you may need to finish the WAN settings on the EG via this guide on page 39 first: https://reyee.ruijie.com/en-global/resources/preview/ruijie-reyee-rg-eg-series-routers-web-based-configuration-guide-release-reyeeos-2-248-en




If the problem still exists after you done the WAN settings, please help test by trying to directly connect to the tplink router to see whether it can get IP address and access the Internet. If the PC still has the same issue, you may need to check on the tplink router side settings.
