Problem with RAP2200(E) in Apple Devices

Good morning, I have problems with 2 AP 2200(E) on apple devices (Iphone, Apple TV, etc) which lose connection with the AP and reconnect, and so they spend all day. I already updated firmware, factory reset, reconfigured and nothing, same problem. The detail is that this only happens with connection to apple devices, but on Android devices they work perfectly. Could you give me an idea of what it could be? some bug? incompatibility? Thank you |

1. Could you kindly record a video to me about this issue for further checking? 2. May I know whether all Apple terminal will have this issue, regardless of the IOS version? 3. Could you provide me the specific firmware version of RAP2200E? |

But if with this information you can see what the problem could be, I would really appreciate it.   |

im having the same issue with RAP1260. running latest firmware. happened to me a few times turning the wifi on the macbook on and off fixed the issue temporarily. oddly enough on the macbook i can't access anything not even the router. i still have an ip address and the computer claims to be connected. i have other users complain of their apple phones and macbooks aswell. latest firmware [color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9)]ReyeeOS 2.262.0.2301 hardware version 1.20 |

How the RAP is connected to the network and whether the users are in the same vlan network that have this issue? Can you try to create an open SSID for the RAP then test again whether it is the same issue? Could you help try to ping continously on the phone to the Internet and the router when this issue happens and record a video about this issue to further confirm? Best regards Jenny |
