The situation is as follows. A project was transferred several times due to some conflicting instructions. Currently the dropdown box containing the projects hold 3 entries but 2 of them are empty and only the 3rd entry has the active project. There is nothing to unbind to since there is no device in the 2 projects. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |
Dear, Good day! To able to delete the empty projects that have been created in the accounts, you must follow the following steps. In the project that is empty, go to the 'Action' colum and select the three dots. Then choose 'Delete' to remove and disappear from the list. To delate the project that were received, select 'Received', go to the 'Action' colum,and select the 'share' icon whit an 'x'. Then the project will be remobved from list. Regards |

AnaKarenDuranUrrutia replied at 2023-12-29 08:07 Apparently if it's an empty project the only choice is to delete the account and re-register to the project as a new account. I fixed this issue by exactly doing the above. Delete old account. Reregister to project. Thank you for the help. |
