Client List/Device List - View other brand switches

All the Reyee/Ruijie clever wizards,

All my switches Reyee and Netgear is on the native VLAN. All VLAN actions is working well, Trunk/Access.


1. Why cant I see another brand Managed switch in my client list? Locally and cloud.
2. Does only Reyee/Ruijie brands switches/AP's show in device list?

Do you want to ask whether you can see the device of other manufacturers in this list? If this is what you want to inquire about, then devices from other manufacturers do not support display in the cloud. If it is an end user connection, you can see this in the client list
