hello. I am writing to request information on how a captive portal should be configured in such a way that it is used with an account and bonus. I currently purchased an RG-EG305PH-P-E roter. I have configured the captive portal and the devices once the account has been deleted and the code has been deleted. Bonus they still connect to the network. Can you tell me what the problem would be or some other configuration for captive portal authentication. thank you waiting for your prompt response

I have the same issue, users are not being disconnected even if i delete the vouchers or the accounts on the captive portal. RAP-2200E, RAP-2260 etc...

And its not very easy to reports bugs and problems to Ruijie Cloud, please someone send me a message with the ruijie email for bug report.

Hello dear, yes the same thing happens to me, there is an error in the authentication, accounts are actually deleted and ok and the devices are still connected, I think you can configure the accounts directly on the router and not in the cloud, but the router does not allow you to generate Okay, it's important to notify Ruijie of those authentication issues. I don't know where to communicate.

Ruijie must include authentication and the local voucher on the router, because if the cloud fails very repeatedly we have the second option of creating accounts and a local voucher on the router, now it only allows creating accounts.

It is a suggestion to make authentication more effective, as is the mikroti router.
