Recover RG Firmware on devices that doesn't have console port (RG-ES226GC-P)

Hello; I have a Ruijie Switch Model RG-ES226GC-P completely new but when I tried to upgrade to latest firware version, the upgrade failed and now the device is not working; I mean, when it turns on, all the port leds turn on for a second and the Status leds indicator start to blink for some seconds and later stay fixed green; but the device is not working or if I connect a LAN cable to any of the ports, no link occurs. I was reading about firmware recover method in this forum, but it requires a console port in the device and this model doesn't have console port. Is there some method to recover the firmware for this model? Thank you very much. Regards; Cesar |

We are sorry that the ES series switches cannot be recover firmware. May I know whether you can access your device's web page? If the device still has the same issue after reset, could you please shoot a video to show us the LED status? |
