RG-RES226GC-P - no WEBE access

Good afternoon
I have  couple of RG-RES226GC-P
I am not able to use the tunnel function.
I receive the message
"There is no device that supports tunnel creation in the topology or the device where a tunnel is created is offline."
The topology view is empty and I can not add SNMP paramenters.
The switches are online and I can manage only via cloud.

Can you help us to know whether you use an uplink device? e.g. reyee EG?

If the answer is no, you received the this message because you can not open the eweb when using only reyee ES switches, due to a limitation of hardware.

If you want to use eweb on cloud need a device which can open it by itself, like reyee EG or reyee AP. On the other hand, if you have a reyee AP you will be only able to see the switch online on SON network.

Finally, I need to inform you unfortunately can not use SNMP on reyee ES switches. However, you can configure over ruijie cloud alarms that notify you when something is abnormal. Please refer to the picture below
