Check whether there is blacklist/whitelist configuration on the SSID Choose [Project]->[Devices]-> [Wireless Block/Allow] 3.1. check whether have enabled the allowlist on the Cloud (Only allow the following MAC addresses to connect to Wi-Fi) 3.2. Check whether have enabled the allowlist on the Cloud(Prohibit the following MAC addresses to connect to Wi-Fi) 3.3. Check whether SSID configuration have been delivery to the device properly.
