Ruijie RAP2200(E) Guest Network Cannot Be Created

Hello Friends,

I have 4 RAP2200(E) devices, I installed them, I created a project on the ruijie cloud portal and I broadcast wifi with 1 SSID, I use it in whitelist mode.

I want to open a separate SSID for guests and use it with code authentication with captive portal, but when I create a second ssid, I cannot connect at all.

I tried hard, I created a vlan 20 port on my sophos firewall and gave full permission to this vlan20 as lan->wan, I created a vlan20 on my hp switch and marked them all as tags, but I cannot do the operations on ruijie.

The SSID is visible, when I say connect, it cannot connect at all. I only have 4 AP devices, nothing else, do I need an extra router or something else, can you help me?

Dear Sir,
Thank you for sharing the link with me.
After checking, There are no other Ruijie/Reyee device in your project and RAP 2200(E) is not support with standalone Captive Portal. So when you bind portal auth on the Guest SSID, it might not going well.
