Dear Support, I have accidentally deleted the whole group of my configuration that has each project and device details. I cannot see the device configuration. But on the Monitoring tab, I can see the device is active. How to get back the configuration details that have devices following by project?

i Can't share here the details. configuration cloud by project. not cloud device configuration. all project site connected to 'ROOT'

already create case yesterday and get reply email from technical saying that already completed. But the problem still not fixed.
