Hello, I have followed the instructions you mentioned, I still see the 5 APs offline and waiting. I attach a backup file of one of the 5 APs, if you need any more information. You can put yourself in remote access with my computer to see the installation and the APs from the installation's local network.

Make sure AP is connected to the the Internet with a DHCP enabled Source.
