Good afternoon,

I want to ask if there is a limit to the number of access point devices connected to the Ruijie Network Cloud Controller?
If there are restrictions, how many devices are supported?

Dear Stella,

Yes.
There is limitation for how many AP to connect the cloud-as.ruijienetworks.com
We had a problem recently.
There are some of our AP devices that suddenly turn off (offline status).
The indicator light is blue.
Status of the switch port connected.
But strangely the device status is offline.
This resulted in many of our users not being able to access the network.
Our device model is AP820-L(V3)
The firmware we use is 1.98
We don't know whether the problem is in the access point device or where?
Because we just bought the devices with this error.

Hello,
Could you plz try to plug these offline aps to other ports of the switch?
And could you plz try to plug your PC or other normal devices to these ports which connecting the offline aps and see if the PC or other normal devices can get ip address and go online normally.
