How to bind three SSID's with Three WAN connections?

I want to bind three SSID's with three WAN connections & make isolation between them. If one WAN connection is down then the corresponding SSID will not provide the internet but other two will SSID will have to work and provide internet.
For Example
Lets say we have a scenario that we have three SSID Executive, Staff & Guest. The corresponding WAN's are WAN0,WAN1,WAN2. If WAN0 will disconnect then SSID executive will not provide the internet but the other two SSID will work and same situation with Staff and Guest SSID if we disconnect WAN1 & WAN2 respectively.
How can we implement this scenario?

My device model is RG-EG310GH-P-E. I write this model RG-EG210G-P because my model is not on the list which you have given over there & I wrote maximum matching model So that my issue will get resolved
