If you want technical support to check the configuration of your devices, you need to choose " Read and Write" permission.  3. Send the link and verification code to technical support. Notes: ①Ruijie will not take any responsibility if remote assistance session is shared with non-Ruijie staff and services are interrupted. ②There is no time limit for this remote assistance, but the verification code is one-time, which means remote assistance will not be available after the page at the received end is refreshed or the cloud account login expires. |
