•        Device has connected to the network yet

Check on the web interface of the device if the device shows online,

or wire connected to the device, check if PC can access the network.



•        Check the DNS configuration. If it is empty, fill with DNS server 8.8.8.8




•        The password of the device does not consist of the password with the Cloud :

1. Check the password on the WEB interface of the device and change the password to the same project password in the Cloud

2. If changing the same password shows the same issue, you can delete the device first and wait a few minutes, then re-add the device, refresh the browser, and try a few more times







•        The delay of the Cloud:

Normally this depends on the network environment where the device is located, and if the environment is more complex, it may cause the Cloud to take a long time to make a device get online.
