What can I do if the exceptional host settings for an EG series device do not take effect?

Check whether the effective interface configuration is correct. Checkwhether the client's IP address matches the actual host IP address. If they donot match, the policy does not take effect. Check whether there are multipleWAN lines and whether the client's data is forwarded through the line for whichthe policy is configured (check the public network route).
