AC WS6008 already connect to the internet but not online on the cloud

Hello,
I use EG3250 for gateway and connect to core switch S5760C-24SFP/8GT8XS-X, WS6008 connected to the core switch. The AC WS6008 already get IP from the core swtich and also can access internet. The problem is, the AC WS6008 still can't online on cloud. Please help, whats the problem or maybe i miss some step?

Thanks for response Steve, I've got the answer why my ws6008 can't connect to the cloud, cause setup on core switch its not correct. I still learn about core switch and vlan..its really diffrent if compare with access switch.

No problem..thank you for your attention, i already setup Gateway with RG-EG3250, Switch Core S5760C-24SFP/8GT8XS-X and AC WS6008. All this devices its conected, next step i conected switch acess, RG ES226GC-P and one AP RG AP820L V2. The question is, how to make AP oneline with AC? Any sugestion, artikel or video how to connect AC and AP?

Thank you, now i move to the last step..how connect user to the AP. User can connect to the AP SSID, but can not connect to the internet. I think about the tunnel/vlan...when i see to the IP on the AP, the IP the same network with the switch core (DHCP server), but the user get IP not the same segment with the DHCP Server.
Hopefully i can get the solution soon. Thank you for your kind.
