EG2100-P High CPU Usage

Hello Ruijie Team,

Our EG2100 gateway is having high CPU usage when its idle. It is brand new and located in our lab. There is no user on it as we are doing the evaluation of the product.
No special configuration like VPN etc. Just a few sub-interfaces and a few DHCP pools to support sub-interfaces VLAN subnets.

Firmware is the latest.

Sorry for later reply. This case was resolved on caseportal.
the picture result showing the cpu is about 25% cpu utilization, it is normal.
