Hi, I have added 2 out of 8 devices of RG-ES218GC-P to RG-NBS3200-24SFP/8GT4XS switch. Unable to add the following 6 devices RG-ES218GC-P . I have tried adding individuals from the 6 to no avail. I have keyed in the correct password for the device even the default (admin). Please advise. Thanks |

Only 2 devices of RG-ES218GC-P are able to add to the network of RG-NBS3200-24SFP/8GT4XS. Could it be the firmware issues? above photo. May I please know if you are able to locally log in to the eWeb of the switches that could not be added into SON? 3. If you are able to log in eWeb, please check the management password is the same and the vlan settings have been enabled. I can log into individual ES locally to upgrade firmware and configure it Static IP Address. 3. If you are able to log in eWeb, please check the management password is the same and the vlan settings have been enabled. I am able to log in to eWeb of NBS. I have tried the management password (which I created) and default password (admin) to no avail. I am not creating any vlan at the moment. |
A T Tan replied at 2023-4-14 08:56 Dear Sir, Please check if the switches can ping the gateway successfully. Also please check the MAC list of each device whether the MAC address has been learned. If the MAC address is not correctly learned, please double-check if there is any loop in the network and check whether the gateway has any policy blocking the communication between the NBS switch and other ES switches.
