Module sfp problems

Have NBS3200-24GT4XS-P connected with NBS3200-8GT2SFP on fiber module XG-SFP-LR-SM1310, can't work with that module mayble the problem is the 8GT switch not sfp+ suports and the module XG is 10GBASE? Anyone can tell me the correct module for the nbs series sfp and sfp+ switches?

Do you refer to that NBS3200-24GT4XS-P and NBS3100-8GT2SFP both use their own fiber module to connect with each other? Since NBS3100-8GT2SFP only supports 1000MBase, so the fiber module of NBS3200-24GT4XS-P has to be 1000M.
