RG-5300 switch reimage

hi everyone i have a RG-5300-48GT4XS-E switch. when i reach the admin interface from browser, i click and drag the slider and try to login, it says click and drag the slider again. i can't login to admin interface from browser. but when i try to login with SSH my password is true. is there any thing i do?

Could you please check eweb password as follows?

If you cannot log in with this password, you can
configure a new password to do a test.

i sent you my project sharing link. but switch is not getting online. it's working like hun now. when i plug the sw i can reach the internet and sw interface. but i can't login to sw from browser still

Sorry for my late reply.
Because this switch is not go online on cloud, the password on cloud not sync to switch, could you please login into switch by console to change eweb password as follows?
