Can't establish mesh network

Hi community, I got 2 RAP-6202 and one eg105g(v2), and i can not set up mesh. All devices are with actual firmware, i got one ap and the router configured, and one ap in default state (can see @ruijie-sXXXX ssid). After scanning and adding i receive a message that i need to put APs closer to each other. In fact, they are on a table side by side.  Please help to set up mesh |

Hi May I know what are the firmware version for the devices? What is the network topology you connected now? May you try to reset this RAP6202G? Regards |
GTAC-Harvey replied at 2023-6-25 12:44 Hi Harvey. Firmware is 1.219.1625 on both APs, 1.219.1722 on EG105G-V2 Topology is very simple, and both APs are on the same table, side by side to each other.  |
