XS-S1920-24T2GT2SFP-LP-E Switch not getting detected on the network

Hi,I am using XS-S1920-24T2GT2SFP-LP-E switch, connected to my Gateway Router EG3250. I have connected CCTV cameras to the above switch.Although I can connect to and view the CCTV cameras, I am unable to find the switch on the network.I tried adding the switch on the app using the serial number. While is got added, it still shows under - Devices to be verified->Waiting for device to go online.How can I connect to the switch (on LAN) if I need to make changes on it - as I do not have its IP address and the switch does not show up on my network topology?Thanks,Ankit
