Team, We used 22 Ruijie Switches, so I need to add all devices under 1 cloud account. |

Dear Hakkeem, May I please know what the model of the switches is? Please kindly note that certain Ruijie switch models do not support cloud management, please refer to this link for the device models supported for cloud management: http://cloud-as.ruijienetworks.com/wiki/c/Other__Operation_Tip__Supported_Models If the switch supports cloud management, you may add the device SN in the switch list on your cloud project and if the devices are not going online, you may troubleshoot according to this post: https://community.ruijienetworks.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=767 Best regards, Jayden |
