1.Description: Reyee AP can go online on Ruijie Cloud, but keep synchronizing or synchronization fails. 2.Topology: 3.TroubleshootingSteps: 3.1 Possible root causes about this issue: ① Reyee AP itself can not communicate with the logserver of Ruijie Cloud. ② The egress gateway or firewall did authenticationon the IP segment of the Reyee AP, and did not add the IP of Reyee AP to thewhitelist or exclude IP of Reyee AP from the authentication IP range. ③ Some URLs related to Ruijie Cloud are blocked byuplink firewall. 3.2 Click on the Manually Deliver button first, make the Ruijie Cloud communicate with your Reyee AP again. 3.3 If still can not synchronize successfully,please check whether the uplink gateway or firewall configured theauthentication and exclude the IP address of Reyee AP or not. For example, in this case, someone configured a captive portal on Reyee EG, and the IP of Reyee AP is also included in the IP range. 3.4 Add the IP of Reyee AP into User Whitelist of authentication, like this: 3.5 Re-Click on the Manually Deliver button and wait for the synchronization result. 3.6 If still can not synchronize successfully,please kindly check the URL logs on the firewall to see whether there are URLsrelated to Ruijie Cloud that were blocked. 4.Final Results: The config status of Reyee AP is synchronized on Ruijie Cloud now. |
