IssueNGFW Firewall shows Chinese web page and needs to change to English. Solution Step 1: Follow screenshot below to change language to English. 
Step 2: Verify whether your device is running oversea EN version(e.g. V5.2-R5.14.9605.P6.e4-20180704, e represents English version). If not, you can download latest firmware from this link: https://www.ruijienetworks.com/support/software-downloads and factory reset your firewall before upgrade process to avoid any CN setting remains on startup configuration file. |
