How can i add to the ruijie cloud an unmanage switch RG-ES110D-P

Hello, I was trying to add a new 8 port switch that is unmanaged to the cloud. I have connected it already but it doesn't show on the Ruijie cloud. I tried scanning the QR but it says error. It is a RG-ES110D-P 8 port POE unmanaged switch. With SN G1RP13S000886. Thank you. |
