I have a Ruijie AP820-L V3 and I am trying to add it to Ruijie Cloud.
The AP is connected to a Ruijie RG-E-120(GE) PoE Injector and connected to our switch with configured access port to a specific VLAN.
The LED indicator of the AP shows a SOLID BLUE color.
The AP MODE is FAT AP Mode


But Ruijie Cloud does not seem to detect the AP.

Dear User,

The AP820-L V3 does not support cloud management in FAT AP mode. It can only be manage via the cloud in MACC mode.

We have configure as cloud and it not exist. How we want to check as it unable to use cli or UI aaccess?

Dear customer,
Is it that you have configured it to MACC mode but it cannot go online to the cloud? To troubleshoot this isssue, you will need to access the Web UI or the CLI of the device and follow the steps in the post below.

May I ask the reason that you cannot access the the Web UI and the CLI?
