RAP52 OD disconnecting after pairing

Good day, i have 4 x RAP52 OD units. I have created a project and successfully added my main unit, after scanning for new devices the other 3 come up. After clicking on the pairing i get red explanation marks on all 3 then it shows them as disconnected. i would greatly appreciate help as my client is about to go crazy

If the device has been successfully meshed before, you can try the Self-Healing Mesh function and the system will automatically repair the Mesh network.
If the Mesh has not been successful, please follow the instructions below:
1. Make sure the factory settings of the slave APs have been restored before the Mesh;
2. Make sure that the distance between APs does not exceed 5 metes during the Mesh (you can put them back to the required position after the Mesh is completed);
3. Ensure that each Mesh AP is powered normally. For 52OD, please make sure that its power supply method is IEEE 802.3af 24 V passive PoE. (If the power supply is insufficient, the 5G antenna radio required by the Mesh will not work, resulting in Mesh failure).
