Step 1-BackupN18K configuration. (Operation should save log)
Step 2-Recopy andbackup the whole SAM+ folder.
Step 3-Backupdatabase.
Step 4-Find oldlicense.
Step 5-Turn offWEB authentication in N18K ports.
Step 6-UninstallSAM+. (Don’t uninstall database)
Step 7-ReinstallSAM+. (You should connect to database again and remember login password. If youforget password, you can reset it)  
Step 8-Copy thefile sam.war from Jboss\server\default\deploy in backup SAM+ folder to the newSAM+ content.
Step 9-Importlicense, restart SAM+ service. (Because of the war packet is covered, so need alicense patch, or you cannot restart service. It will prompt you hardwarebinding cannot match (Check license is valid). The patch can ask R&D toget.
Step 10-ConfigureWEB authentication in N18K.
Note: Afterreinstall, system time may be not synchronization. It may because of the parameter‘-Duser.timezone=Asia/Shanghai’in jboss/bin file. You should delete parameter information and restart serviceto confirm whether the problem has been solved.
