Dear sir, Do you mean that the power supply will automatically cut off during the upgrade? May I know did you ungrade EG105 on cloud? Could you please tell me the version at present and after upgarde? Best regards, Steve |
Steve replied at 2023-1-17 09:24 When I log in my router to monitor the speed I notice that the system is upgrading, but accedentaly the power supply cut off, when I turn it on again, the router did nat response and there is no internet and I can't log in again. I check all lan port there is no IP address detected. I ask how to restore the setting of my eg105g? |
